You agree to notify ct99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your ct99 account. ct99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. ct99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) on your account at all times.
Any activity conducted through your ct99 account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity, unless you have reported the unauthorised access to ct99 promptly and complied with any security instructions provided by ct99's support team.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Currency
All ct99 wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ct99 does not facilitate multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is received in a currency other than PKR, it will be converted at ct99's prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from the interbank rate.
4.3 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit into a ct99 account is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal request is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. ct99 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds upon reasonable notice to players.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified ct99 accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 to 4 business hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, regulatory review, or if additional KYC documentation is required. ct99 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
4.5 Own Payment Methods
You may only deposit into your ct99 account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — may be rejected, and any associated winnings may be voided pending investigation. This restriction exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is a requirement under ct99's international gaming licence.

ct99's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ct99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ct99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. ct99 shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment networks, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
